They could have taken photos themselves with their own camera. Why did a political candidate bring his entourage of photographers to the cemetery to take photos and videos that the campaign then used in campaign ads? Why?

Would Donald have gone to the cemetery if he had not been able to take a photo or videos of his visit? No - no one seriously believes he would have. Because there's no indication he has ever done such a thing without recording it as a photo op.

The sad part is the other grave next to Trump (when he was grinning ear to ear and giving a thumbs up) belongs to a serviceman who recently died by suicide after suffering from war-related PTSD. HIS family never gave the okay to have their son’s grave pictured with a grinning Trump.
