Because she has good judgment and he’s insane. I love her and I would have looked askance if they had even taken the meeting.

+1 To paraphrase a once-great patriarch, these are not serious people.

+1M this thread definitely needs more Succession references

Well then if it is to be said, so it be. So it is.

He would weak and weird. That would make all of us lose respect for her judgement.

I don’t believe you in the slightest.

Look, straight shooting -- you're just wrong. He isn't a plus to anything, in any way.

DP. I think he is a net plus to trump. He would not have been a net plus to Harris.

I suppose it's possible. Time will tell.

OMG, you are so right. As a parent, our children's health had never occurred to me. I'm definitely going to vote for Trump now so this whack-a-doo anti-vaxxer can get appointed as HHS secretary so he can shut down vaccines and promote things like hydroxychloroquine. That would be fantastic.

You must admit, he makes a valid point here.

The only thing this point proves is that wealth and pedigree are not 100% protective of serious mental health conditions. RFK Jr. is a nut. Perhaps the suit and name fool you, but the rest of us understand that he is 2 clicks away from standing on a street corner in his underpants screaming at passing cars and pooping in alleys.

It's sad, really.

Kennedy said he met with Trump in Florida and that Trump suggested forming a "unity" team similar to Abraham Lincoln's cabinet of rivals.

The discussion was that they could still disagree publicly on certain issues but would focus on common ground issues.

Kennedy said he pursued similar conversations with Kamala, but was ignored.

RFK Jr has never had a real job. Ever. Just like McCain's daughter or countless other do-nothings, nepobabies living off of their names.

That you're dumb enough to trust this mercury-laden fool, shows you aren't mature enough to handle voting.

He wants so badly to be relevant, to have some power in this.

He is *exactly* the guy that would try to leverage on any concessions made by Harris if she had acknowledged the call. He'd immediately get to work probing at what more he could get if he let it slip that he might not stick with Harris after all, or that he knew something, or whatever stupid little thing his stupid little brain worm came up with.

Literally the only way to deal with him is to ignore him, at least professionally. If you let him get a toe in, he's sticking an arm in with a dead bear to wedge it open.

If you take a moment to think about what this person is saying, it makes a lot of sense.

This is especially so, when you also consider what Kennedy actually said during his address today (for those who were privileged enough to here the entire thing before the feed was cut by certain networks).
