Higher Education Funding Down, Tuition Up Since Start of Recession

New analysis (with state-by-state map) showing tuition rates & increases at 4-year public universities since 2008 -- Annual published tuition — the “sticker price” — at four-year public colleges has risen by $1,936, or 28 percent, since the 2007-08 school year.
