Going bra-less after breastfeeding

Anonymous
I recently stopped breastfeeding my firstborn and now my breasts sag a bit. I have a bunch of summer dresses that I used to wear without a bra because I think seeing bra straps is tacky. Now after breastfeeding there's just too much drooping. I've tried a strapless bra, but it ends up going down to my waist as the day progresses and a couple of the dresses can't have a bra because of a low back line.
Any suggestions on how to get my breasts back up?

Is this a serious question?

Why? What is it about the question that doesn't add up? Should I post in a different forum?

OP, about a year after weaning, my breasts did get a little firmer and less "pillowy", but they didn't go back up. You may want to wait to go bra shopping for a bit longer.

But you may not be able to wear those dresses anymore. Some clothes will never fit the same after pregnancy/breastfeeding.

As a D cup, I've had these issues my whole life. Some dresses are just made for smaller chested women!

I think you either need a breast lift or just don't wear those dresses anymore.

see a surgeon about a lift, maybe.

OP here. Thanks for the responses. I guess I was hoping there was a product out there that could lift a bit and be small enough to be discreet. I read somewhere that models use duct tape on the cat walk, but that didn't work all that well for me.

Depends how small you are. I'm B cup and my boobs also not so perky anymore after nursing. You can try those sticky cups or backless strapless sticky bras. I just wear sports bra or a bra that has straps in the same color as the dress so it kind of looks like the dress has double straps.

Use medical tape, not duct tape. Two pieces on each side that together form the shape of an underwire

Get a smaller band size on your bra. No grown woman should go braless in public.

^^^ 32 D here and a proper strapless bra fitting makes a huge difference. I used to think that those types of dresses were not an option any longer and then a "bra specialist" ordered me the correct size. Huge difference!!!!

Turn the clock back ten years?

Also, give yourself some time. If weaning is a recent thing, you may be less saggy. But I have to tell you having a kid and age do a lot of things to your body.

Get fitted for a strapless bra that works with your current boobs. If that still doesn't work with the dresses, you can't wear the dresses anymore.

What about a bra with convertible straps (to racer back, t-back)?
