The poster appears to be definitely doing IVF. I don't know if she smokes. I guess it doesn't matter if she is a troll or not because she has been treated like one regardless. Just ignore her if you think she is a troll. Otherwise, any advice on the topic might not help her, but could help others that come along. Threads always have many more readers than posters.
