Getting rid of ugly front thighs..?

Anonymous
I'm in decent shape- do weight training etc. I am also trying to shake off extra 5 pounds - but it seems that the most obvious part is the front of my thighs .. I do lunges - but am hoping for some good exercises and tips to make this part more attractive (legs have good shape to it- it's just the front). I am really self conscious about wearing shorts- not that I'm jumping at short shorts either. I see overweight people in short shorts but their front of the thigh doesn't look like mine. Any tips?? thank you..

I lost my thunder thighs when I moved to China. I walked a million stairs a day (flat on 5th floor, office on 3rd floor) and commuted by bike. Very little sugar in my diet. So I vote for running and/or biking.

How old are you? Are you talking about the 'baggy knee' sag in thigh thing? Even serious runners and fitness buffs start to get that in their mid-late 40s...even with total muscle underneath. It's why older women start wearing pants and the dreaded capris instead of shorts.

I've had this starting in my 30s (and being a size 2- now 4), now early 40s .. here's a pic of something similar (though not this bad)

45 here. I'm the after now which is disturbing it me an avid 6-day per week exerciser who was known for her legs. Maybe I'll try that in coming years--even crossfit can't fix the skin issues.
