Left milk & creamer out all day - keep or toss?

Anonymous
Came home this afternoon and realized that I'd left the milk and creamer on the counter this morning. They were room temperature but didn't smell off.

Would you keep them or throw them out? They were sitting out for about 10hrs.

Toss!!!!

Were they ultra pasteurized? If they smell fine, I would put them in the fridge.

Test them again, smell and taste. They might be fine.

uh, toss. for sure.

I think I'm fairly risk-taking with stuff like this, but I'd toss.

Thanks. I decided better safe than sorry and threw them out.

You can tell if milk is bad by the smell and taste, though.

Boil a little of each. If it curdles, toss

Same test can be done easier in the microwave. Just put a bit in a cup.

even easier - pour some into hot water

I'll keep it - did it several times ( I tend to forgot a lot) - still alive
