Thanks for considering. I bet it would be popular. The real estate/home improvement doesn't fill the need.

I really can't see much demand for such a forum. But, if enough threads get created in the Real Estate forum, maybe my mind can be changed.

Would you mind looking through the last few pages of the Real Estate forum? There are lots of threads that would fit under this category. I really feel like it would be a great and helpful thread.
