How do I know I am doing it correctly? How many sets and how long do you hold this plank?

| I've had people suggest holding it anywhere from 10 seconds (with 10 reps) to a minute. Do it from different positions and keep your back straight and your pelvis forward. |
| Watch videos. Keep your body straight -- don't arch your back or point your butt up -- and your neck neutral. Don't rock on your feet; keep your body still. I would do at least 30-45 seconds to start, and do it 2-3 times. |

Exhale, feel the engagement of your core muscles. |
