Shaun T's 25 minute workout. It's tough! You can half ass it and not see any results. You really have to be committed to giving 100% from the time you start the first jumping jack or run in place.
I take about 20 minutes to get into a workout (feel good and awake enough to go full speed). So just as I started giving it my all it would be over. My husband on the other hand was full on beast mode from the first move. He slimmed down very quickly. Which type of person are you? |

| I am in good shape and really love it- but you do have to give it your all (though it is only 25 mins, so that adds motivation)! My husband was in horrible shape, but really tried hard using the modifying moves and lost a ton of weight and also loved it. If you watched us doing it, you would think we were doing different videos since our ability levels are so different, but we both got amazing results and enjoyed it. I definitely recommend. |
