I'm getting ready to list up what to cook for Super Bowl Party. Does anyone have great dip recipes to share? Dips that would go well with cut-up veggies, chips, crackers, or Italian bread. Does anyone have a dip recipe that includes cooked chicken breast?

Buffalo Chicken Dip

1 (8oz) block cream cheese
2 cans chicken breast or the equivalent of cooked chicken
1 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup hot sauce (Texas Pete, Frank's Red Hot, Tabasco, etc)

Shred chicken meat with a fork. Mix all ingredients together well. Pour into greased baking dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve hot with Tostitos or Fritos Scoops.

This one is really easy and yummy with Italian bread/crostini:

4oz or 8oz log of goat cheese
1 - 2 cups of your favorite marinara sauce

Place goat cheese in a dish. Pour marinara sauce over and around. Microwave for 2.5 minutes, or until sauce is hot. Use a spreader to get some sauce and cheese on bread.

Delicious and so easy.

I have a great one:
The recipe is on one of the Knorr's veggie mix dips
It is essentially:
thawed spinach
mayo
sour cream
water chesnuts
scallions

I always get a bread bowl and take out the insides (serve that in a separate plate) and put the dip in the bread bowl. I serve chips and veggies with it - it is always a hit.

Also - I get hummos since goes with bread (pita chips) and veggies too.

PP again - obviously the knorr's veggie mix is in it too.

Best queso dip:

Block of velveeta
Can of Rotel

Heat in a double broiler (or microwave, stopping to stir every 30 seconds or so, until hot)

Serve

Nonfat greek yogurt, blue cheese, and freshly cracked black pepper in the blender. Vary amounts based on your taste. Great for dipping veggies.

That buffalo chicken dip is also good when you replace ranch with blue cheese salad dressing

Here's a version of the buffalo chicken dip I had at a friend's house--it is really good!

Garlic Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
(I used the white meat from a rotisserie chicken)
1 C. Blue Cheese Dressing
1 C. Frank's Red Hot Sauce (I thought it was too spicy after adding this, so I added 1/4 c. light ranch and 1/4 c. sour cream. If you like it milder, you could just use 1/2 c. of the hot sauce and more to taste.)
16 oz. softened cream cheese
8 oz. grated cheddar
1-2 t. garlic powder

Mix together all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly, uncovered. Serve with tortilla chips and celery.

Of course, this is a classic!!!!! Everybody loves spinach dip. I also love sour cream and onion dip with potato chips. It's just Liptin's powdered onion soup mixed with sour cream. Not sure if there is mayo in it. I'm pretty sure the recipe would be on the box of soup.

Celery Cream Dip

It sounds odd but it is soooo good!

3 celery bunches- puree in food processor first
1/2 tbs garlic powder
1 cup mayo
1 pkg cream cheese

Put all in food processor and puree until smooth

I love the knorr's dip. My mom gets a big round bread, cuts a huge cube out of the middle and puts the dip in the "bread bowl." Then she cuts up the big cube of bread, toasts them and serves it around the bread bowl of dip...along with carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and chips. mmmmm.
