MIA Inaugural Ball Tickets?????

Did anyone else purchase tickets to one of the official regional balls through the Inauguration Committee website? Have you yet received any information about how to collect your tickets???

I received a confirmation email on Tuesday that said information would be issued "in the coming days" but now it's the day before, and we are still clueless.

Anyone have any intel or insights?

So you don't even know which ball you have tickets to? Eek. Is there any information on the website? Like a phone or email? Perhaps in the confirmation email?

I believe that ball tickets must be picked up in person at the Washington Convention Center. Central location for all the balls. You must bring ID and maybe the confirming email. The deadline is sometime today. (I don't know all the details - a friend did this).

Thanks to all helpful souls. I printed out my original email and my credit card statement, went down to the Convention Center and begged for mercy. Eventually, someone was able to help me and we now have our tickets in hand.
