How can I be notified when there is a federal vacancy for a particular position

I just missed a vacancy window for an application to a federal job, at least according to Avue. Is there a way to get specific notification when that job again opens? It seems like this shouldn't be so difficult to figure out, but I haven't been able to yet!

go to www.usajobs.gov and set up a notification. it is not difficult.
