No-knead bread recipe

Does anyone here make no-knead breads? If so, please share your favorite recipes. Whole wheat, whole grains or sourdough are all pluses. Thanks!

I use Bittman's NYT recipe. Sometimes I add rosemary, or fig and cinnamon. But mostly I just make the original.

do you still need to take up a lot of fridge space? I tried it for a little while, but felt like I lost a good chunk of fridge space.
