BBQ Sides-Where to buy?

Anonymous
Making some ribs on the smoker this weekend but won't have time to make all the sides. Where is a good place to pick up some cole slaw, mac and cheese, potato salad and cornbread? We are in NW DC.

Rocklands BBQ, across from the Whole Foods in Glover Park.

Whole Foods. They have all that stuff in the deli section. (Cornbread in the bakery section.)
Pricey, but easy.

Costco has a rocking kale cole slaw. Dump out of the bag, add the pre-made sauce, mix and go.

I would not buy this from Whole Foods. I find their prepared foods to range from not good to awful (except their cornbread which is quite tasty). I would definitely get the sides from a barbecue place. Rocklands if it's near you and Famous Dave's if that's more convenient. Good luck!

If you have a Wegman's near you then I wholly recommend them. Their catering department is great!
