Nonfat Greek yogurt without added sugar. I get from Costco. You can eat it plain, make it into a veggie dip, sub it for sour cream, or my favorite, blend a cup of it with frozen fruit. 1 cup has something like 30g protein.

I also like hardboiled eggs, edamame boiled with salt, apples, bananas, and Wasa crackers with a small bit of peanut butter.

+1 to FF Unsweetened Greek Yogurt. I can make a post work out smoothie with it, it's good for breakfast with a little honey or fruit (be it fresh or preserves) added in, you can sub it in for oil and make yourself a box of brownies as a treat, if you have an ice cream maker you can make frozen yogurt. I could go on and on.

Meal bars are also a nice snack for on the go. I like Luna Bars and Aldi's Fit & Active Bars.

I like carrot sticks and grapes (0 points if you do WW). I also like greek yogurt.

frozen grapes. I have a serious ice cream addiction and the cold+sweet will kill a craving and give me something to do with my hands
