Jeff, just out of curiosity, any sock puppeting going on in the aforementioned thread in Off-Topic? You've got nothing but free time on your hands, right?

Interesting thread. It appears the OP was trying to accomplish on DCUM what she couldn't on Yelp. I removed the name of the restaurant since I don't want to be in the middle of a potentially litigious situation. Generally, it's not a good idea to start your DCUM post by saying, "I was threatened with being sued for saying this on another site, so I'm going to say it here instead".

In answer to your question, yes the OP is sock puppetting a bit, but she is not acting like another victim of either a business or Yelp. I don't have a problem with the sock puppetted posts.
