Flu Shot Affecting IVF Cycle

Does anyone know if there is any harm in having a flu shot immediately prior to beginning stims or even during stimulation?

My RE said it was OK and they recommend it. I'm sure if they are still giving them though.

I had the flu last Feb while on my meds -- had the egg retrieval 2 days after coming down with the flu (aches, fever, everything). I have two healthy babies as a result of that cycle. So, I'd say that the flu shot shouldn't hurt.
