m Are those the other two actresses BL said filed complaints with HR? |
| Saying other actresses were uncomfortable isn’t tantamount to SH. They could have been uncomfortable for many reasons. I don’t understand why they would be so vague as to not say what in particular made the others uncomfortable. |
What am I missing here? |

I just want to note that it's actually atypical for a complaint to include so much documentary "evidence" and that it's likely most of the texts and emails in both complaints will be struck as "narrative" by the judge. It was unusual for Lively to include all those texts messages in her initial complaint and then all the stuff in Baldoni's complaint, especially the timeline, was very nonstandard.
So I would encourage people to focus on the allegations and not so much on what "evidence" is in the complaints. Also it appears that Lively's team is choosing to withhold anything that would identify certain people by name, likely because they plan to seek to keep names redacted during the discovery process (for instance, by having people submit testimony under pseudonyms). So that is likely why they are choosing not to produce documentation of the other HR complaints they are alleging. I do think these complaints exist, and that the responses from Wayfarer/Baldoni exist, because I don't think these lawyers would allege this without some basis. I don't think the "HR complaints" floating around are real but wonder if they might be based on real docs. If they are real, I don't think they came from Lively's team because I don't think they would release them to these very pro-Baldoni creators who have been do critical of Lively previously, knowing they'd get a negative spin. |
Yeah, this seems like boring celeb BS. I could only watch a couple minutes and had to turn it off because of the fake way they were talking and what appeared to be product placement for their kitchen appliances. I don't think this is telling if anything except that People does really unengaging video content. AD and In Style have way better celebrity house tours. |
It’s a house tour on You Tube. Don’t overthink it. |

So for me then, if complaint didn’t change much, is more that BL DID update complaint so has not backed down. The big winner, I guess, is the Hollywood Reporter person who knows they can now be paid to be an expert if goes to court.
The other winners are the junior lawyers on both sides- presume so much more fun to read the discovery in this case. |
| The HR complaints were not real. It sucks that someone could just make that up and people will run with it. |
The PP put it here for a reason. That’s why I asked. What was “quite interesting”. |
I’m guessing she thought they seemed nice. They are very California but I do think they seem nice. But that’s subjective. If you’ve decided you dislike them, you will dislike them in this video. If you’ve decided you like them, you’ll think they look like a nice couple. |
| I thought the info on Freeman’s gamesmanship (refusing to accept service for all parties this forcing personal service during the wildfires, then complaining about it) was interesting also. Similar with Wallace. These men aren’t playing and underestimate them at your risk. |
| Did Freeman really threaten to sue the Hollywood Reporter lady re her reading of the dancing scene? She may be less of an expert and more of a fact witness. But I’m sure he will have his own take on that. |
| It’s Freedman, not Freeman. |
| I’m confused - Blake sued for retaliation, doesn’t this weaken her case if others also complained but there was no retaliation against them? |
It’s in the amended complaint that at least one other woman also complained about the online vitriol directed at her as well. |
