Boob job question

If you've had one, do you love it or do you regret it. I'm a thirty something mother of two. I'm 5'6 and 120 pounds, fit and trim. But I have large D cups. Before kids I was a happy B cup. After DD I was a C and after DS I became a very full D. I lost all the weight but my boobs remain. They are huge and saggy and I don't love them. I can't even wear a small shirt without looking almost indecent. I want perky C cups so I'm seriously considering surgery. The only thing that bothers me is having to get them redone every 10 years. (I think that's the norm?). So, if you've had one, do you love or regret yours?

I had a reduction and a lift and went from a DDD to a C\D. Had 4 1/2 pounds of tissue removed. Regret not doing it sooner. I no longer have back pain, look and feel so much better. I've heard you eventually may need another lift but have never heard that you "have to get them redone every ten years". Had outpatient surgery on a Thursday and was back at work the following Wednesday. I found the recovery to be fairly easy. Definitely Love It!!!

If you just get a lift without implants, then you don't need a redo every ten years.

I'm sorry, what exactly holds them up? I really have no clue.

Removing tissue hoists them up, and up they stay until gravity works its magic. But that would be a few years and would be considerably lessened with a smaller chest.

smaller is better as you age.

Goodness, I hope so!

Signed, 38 year old A cup.

I also had a reduction. It was amazing and worth the long recovery.

I wanted a lift but saw one on tv and couldn't get over how the woman's breast looked like a chicken breast being deboned.

OP here, does a lift have a vertical scar under the nipple? I want no scar, so I would want a cut around the areola where the scar would not be visible.

you don't get to decide your scar placement. it depends on the degree of sag.

Exactly. Many women need a anchor lift. Expecially big breasted women vs small, but saggy.

Even implants don't need to get changed every 10 years.

My mom got implants in 1981 with the old silicone. She just got them swapped for new silicone and only because they were sagging and she needed a lift. 30+ years later. Her old implants were fully intact.

Typically for any kind of tissue removal and lift there will be a vertical scar.

Boob job 11 years ago. Silicone with a lift. don't regret it one bit. I looked like a National Geo Centerfold - not kidding. I have always had saggy boobs but after kids ...wow...

I was a saggy C+ pre boob job, am now DD. I am 5'10 and 127lbs. Shoulders are broad so I can carry a DD without looking like a stripper!!

FWIW, I could use another lift. and its true that many women need a lift after 10 years. it just depends on how stretchy your skin is. My skin is pretty thin so I have more sag than other women.
