alcohol-free, healthy home made cold drink

Any ideas? Some cold water with cucumber or strawberries in it to give flavor? I would like something tastier ... and easy to make.

Thank you

I would do cucumber water not both cukes and strawberries. Strawberries would be better in lemonade in my opinion.

Seltzer water and pretty much any juice.

Tonic water and cranberry juice or lemonade

Water with cucumber and lemon is nice. Also, try making your own simple syrup in the microwave, and steeping rosemary sprigs in it. Mix with lemon juice and sparkling water. Yum!

Tonic water has as much calories as drinking a Coke.

if you have a good blender:

watermelon, ice, mint, and a bit of jalapeƱo pepper is nice. great for summer as it has a high water content. the mint and the pepper counter the sweetness of the water melon.

another good one is cucumber-lime--put in cucumber, lime, water/ice, and maybe a bit of honey.

when pregnant I often just put a splash of roses lime juice in seltzer.

Well so does juice or lemonade. Tonic water and anything is very refreshing. If you don't want calories, stick to the cucumber water.
