Pimple that won't get bigger or smaller

What to do about this? It doesn't hurt and is not inflamed. I just have a red lump on my chin that won't go away and also has not come to a head.

Maybe a new skin tag? You could ask a dermatologist to remove it if it bothers you.

It could also be a small cyst. I get them on occasion and the derm can usually take care of them in no time at all.

I have only had it for 4 days. I think it is a pimple - I would just like to clear it up as soon as possible.
