What do you think about this "party" house?

It's really nice. What kind of person buys this house? Where do all the do-gooders who work for NGOs and think thanks live? In the past they all lived in NW neighborhoods like this.

That's lovely- oddly the part I like least about it is the facade. It looks cheap, but it clearly isn't.

I don't understand your comments. Why is this a party house?

Wow. Yes is there a way to find out who sells/buys houses like this? I think it is spectacular. I really dislike all the finishes, (GAG kitchen) but that is personal taste. This is really cool to look at for someone else. I wish there were pictures of the bathrooms and that solo office. The layout on this is just phenomenal. I love how the master suite is private. I sound like such a fan girl but I just love good house porn.

It is pretty, but I don't the interior design matches the style of the house. It comes across as very sterile.

Not at all, I just think the proportions of the front are off. The center window is too big for the size of the front door. LOVE the living room with the doors that open up - you can really enjoy the 4 decent, bug free days we get here in DC.

Would it have killed them to mow the lawn?

The kitchen looks like an operating room.

It's actually one of the few attractive DC homes posted on this site. No ugly rads everywhere, short ceilings or creaky old crap.

Agree. I was going to say it looks like a really nice office kitchen. Perfect for going in and grabbing coffee and storing lunch in the fridge before my 9:00 am call....

but I wouldn't want that to be the kitchen me and my family live in.

It looks very clean and modern. Maybe the haters are slobs and prefer shit everywhere.

+100000

They'll never be able to afford it, so they try to rip it down. The owner does not care about them!
