Tees for guys with short torso

| DH is 5'3 with a shortish torso and stocky build so most brands are baggy around the middle for him. He is too muscular for any 'slim fit' styles. What brands can we try? Mainly looking for casual clothes, shortsleeved plaid button up shirts, plain casual tees, polos. Target, old navy, etc seem to be too ling in the torso with gives a weird bulky look for his midsection, drives me crazy! |

My brother is built like that, but he's 5'4, so quite tall . He finds shirts that are called "athletic fit" work best for him. I think he has good luck at Macy's...
