We LOVE the childcare center. Haven't used it as much since my oldest started pre-school but it is clean and big and my little guy always has a great time. Have always liked everyone who has worked there. Having said that, the most popular classes get SO crowded. I wish they would do a ticketing system like at my old gym. Also, can be really clique-y and some of the women who belong are just, well, ridiculous. I witnessed an actual fight last week over space/territory in one of the classes. And these are grown women!y I keep pretty much to myself, do my workout, try to ignore some of the ridiculousness and REALLY enjoy it.
I actually just ended my membership for several reasons, including what the PP wrote. The classes that I likes were so insanely crowded that I would end up having to carve 2 hours out of my day to get a space in the class. I'd have to get to certain spin or weight or yoga classes a good 20 minutes in advance if I wanted to get in and who has time for that? The other problem is that the early morning classes suck. The weekday early morning spin instructors are terrible, and the non-spin early classes are always at 5:30 am which is too early for me bc, like I said above, even those are insanely crowded so you have to be there at like 5:10. add to that all the clique-y women who show up with full makeup and hang their prada bags off their spin bikes, and I was done.
