I thought you were going to ask how to do it at home. I used to work at BD's when I was in college. All the sauces are easy to make - most are soy based with some canola and sesame oil, some spices, and other flavoring like honey, brown sugar, fish sauce, etc. and you can look up similar recipes to modify as you want at home.
How to get that "everything tastes oddly the same" taste, I am not sure. But getting a wok super hot and then burning some sugary sauce in it as you cook should make it taste like BDs. |
