Why in the world do they have the same actress on two of their ads, portraying two different people? She's "Tess" of "gardens by Tess" in one of the ads and mature gray-haired generic businesswoman on another. How dumb. This really bugs me and now that there's a TV thread on DCUM, I have someone to complain to about it.
