leadership readiness program interview?

Anyone has any experience with the leadership readiness program interview process at FDA? What questions do they ask you? How to prepare for it?
For anyone who's not at FDA, basically this is a training program designed for those who have desire to become a manager in the future (not associated with any guarantee of course). I think other places should have similar programs. Any advice on how to prepare and get a spot? |

| The interview questions are standard behavioral interview questions and almost none of the managers I know actually went through this program, which seems like a lot of busy work and a huge waste of time unless you are the sort of nontechnical person who likes two day blocks of "training." |
