cramps and "brownish discharge."

I had a DE transfer on April 30th and have to wait until Tuesday for a blood test to confirm pregnancy. We have already been through this 3 times. I have had cramps for about 4 days. Do you think there is any hope that this time it will work? I feel like I'm going to get my period any minute. Trying to keep busy. Anyone have any insight?

Well, I don't know what's going on with you but those were my first symptoms with both of my pregnancies, which were successful. I thought I was getting my period both times, but the bleeding never intensified and the low-grade cramps lasted for days.
