What is a good time to put an SFH for rent in a good inner suburb with good schools? We need to rent out our house, currently under remodeling and want to know by which time to try to finish the work to be able to prepare to rent it out.

Also, what websites did you use to advertise your SFH for rent if you have rented yours? How did you determine the rent price? Any other advice?
