I recently started a weekly yoga class, and can't afford to go more often. I'd like to practice at home, but really don't know what poses to do and what order to do them in. Does anybody know of an online resource that talks you through a yoga workout? Preferably free

It's not free, but the Namaste Yoga series is available on DVD. It's beautiful and perfect for beginners.

Check YouTube.
There are a ton of yoga videos on YouTube. |
Yogaglo
YogaToday posts a new class each day. It's not free after the first 14 days (although it used to be...). Looks like now it's $9 a month.
Buy Cyndi Lee's book Om Yoga. She has practice routines for every day of the week.
Yoga Download. Tons of great classes, all different styles of yoga. I've tried their prenatal and power vinyasa flow classes, along with others. Dawnelle is one of the best instructors--really great practices!
