Preferably in Fairfax county or Alexandria, but really anywhere in DC metro. Ever since Hilary's closed in Rolling Valley Mall, there hasn't been a place that makes them like they do in New York.

Founding farmers and attman's deli have them but they are in moco. I grew up on egg creams and love them!

What about Buffalo and Bergen at Union Market? All sorts of egg creams, phosphates, etc. Also tons of other yummy foodie stuff there.
