Is Matchbox Chinatown kid friendly for lunch?

Thanks

Yes. As long as your kid isn't getting up and running around. There's no room for that. It's not fancy though, if that's what you're asking.

Thanks. It's for my visiting brother and SIl and their 4 year old. He's prett good so I think they'll be fine. They were looking for something close the Buiding Museum

It's loud and hectic during prime office lunch hour, but it's casual and the menu is fine.

Can be packed. They can also try Ella's or Pizza Pi.

Clydes would be even better

Thanks. I suggested Ella's and Clydes

I took all 4 kids(ages8-1) to District of Pi over spring break. We waited all of 5 min. Service was good and fast. We have always had a wait at Matchbox. Plus, I have found the service iffy at times.

Yep, make sure you have reservations. You don't want to stand around a long time.

Also recommend Vapiano, Hill Country or Nandos in Chinatown for post-Bldg Museum
