The official story is that the Mountain (aka Sandor Clegaine, brother of the Hound) killed Aegon VI; BUT DID HE? Did anyone look under those red Lannister cloaks that were wrapped and laid at the feet of Robert Baratheon? Might a highborn baby boy have been switched out of the Red Keep before the Lannister forces sacked the city? Who can tell one baby from another when they are so young... I agree that the only thing that's certain is that everyone dies.
I like GoT because it always keeps me guessing. It's not a simple show and doesn't have a nice and clean story line. So many different thread that are constantly evolving in ways I couldn't predict. I did read the books, but he hasn't written the last ones so there's no way to know. |
