why no one uses Redfin in upper NWDC / Bethesda / CCMD?

Despite the apparent benefits of Redfin, particularly when selling, no one seems to use it in these hot, wealthy neighborhoods. Why? Stigma? Is it better optics to use a high-end agency when dealing with upper middle class / affluent buyers/sellers?
In other words, is Redfin more popular in the 500-600k and below markets? |
