Seafood restaurant - Chesapeake bay

Someone once recommended a great seafood restaurant on the Chesapeake bay. Does anyone remember what it was. Apparently you could see the water from the restaurant.

Virginia Originals & Chesapeake Grill is on the Bay Bridge Tunnel between Virginia Beach and the Eastern Shore. Like it's in the middle of the bridge on the water.

Do you have any more details? You realize the Bay goes from Delaware to southern Virginia, right? And there are a ton of good seafood restaurants on the water.
