Best non-oily non-residue-leaving eye makeup remover

I've tried several and they always leave an oily residue. I wear contacts and sometimes I want to take my eye makeup off, but leave my contacts in and the oily eye makeup removers leave a film that gets all over my contacts, so I end up having to take them out and clean them.

Any recommendations?

I just use Philosophy Purity. I rub it right over my closed eyes, and it takes everything off.

Just started using Lancôme Bifacil for this exact reason and love it. I also have really sensitive eyes and skin and it feels like I'm just using water.

I like the target brand cloths! I've tried expensive bottled ones and they are always oily. I was on a business trip and forgot to pack it and ran into a target for something cheap. Now it's all I use.
