Not exactly what you described but Spy and The Wrong Mans are very witty and do have suspense.
Upstairs Downstairs is really good. You might also like Torchwood. Both are on amazon too. Also on a amazon is Justified, Orphan Black, and Mr. Selfridge. They might be on Netflix too; I don't know. |
