We were offered a slight rate drop yesterday but I was traveling aand didn't lock it in on time. Rates are up today (being offered 4.375% for 30 year fixed with good but not excellent credit) . Don't want points. Rate is good until 9 am monday. Trying to decide if I should lock that in now or take a chance. Need to lock in very soon (probably next week)

| That they will stay the same. On a $600,000 mortgage even if rates went up to 4.5%, that is only $40 a month. Not a make or break scenario. |
