tylenol doesn work for my girl any recomendacion for a good fever reliver

we try 3 medicines but the fever returns after 15 min and she always gets 103 .

If there is still a high fever after tylenol or motrin, you need to take her to the hospital.

Hospital or your pediatrician's office if they can see you ASAP.

If a baby under 3 mths, go to the ER right now. Over 3 mths, but under a year know that the fever isn't going to reduce in 15 minutes. It's going to take 30 or more minutes - maybe an hour or two.

To make her more comfortable, you can try a lukewarm bath, or a lukewarm wash cloth, lightweight clothing.

Also know that children can run incredibly high fevers. My child got up to 105 before - no seizures - and it was just normal for her.
