Why was the Muffy Aldrich/Daily Prep blogger thread deleted?

Did you delete the thread in the "Off Topic" section about WASP/Prep blogger "Muffy" Aldrich?

If so, please tell us why?

Did Muffy contact you and complain??

Considering that a basic premise of her blog seems to be the war upon what she views as not authentic, I think the fact that she is not authentic is duly relevant.

Because someone who is not Google Sleuth or myself came here and started a thread that was basically "Does every DCUM wish she were Muffy Aldridge?" It was probably Muffy herself. But that's what started the conversation.

Why is it "stalkerish" to use the internet to research a person, especially one that meticulously fabricates their lifestyle? Is she trying to create a lifestyle brand and protect an image? Anyone that tries as hard as she does to be so perfectly effortlessly "preppy" needs to be able to accept the open book she's made of her life. Based on my personal interaction she is insincere and deceitful.
