help me figure out who this actress is

She's very short (exceptionally short), has short brown hair to the chin in a severe cut, I think she has a little bit of a weird voice. I've seen her on sitcoms. I believe on one she played a judge or law enforcement type person...

Linda HUnt also played the character of Billy in The Year of Living Dangerously. Great stuff. I think the superhero costume designer in The Incredibles must have been modeled on her a bit.
