| We are heading oversees and renting our DC apartment out. We are thinking about interviewing rental companies to manage the process while we are gone. Anyone have a recommendation they could share? |

| Most of the major real estate companies have a property management division - Long & Foster, Coldwell Banker, etc. |

I've heard good things about Nest DC. Avoid Tilton Bernstein. They're worthless. EJF too.
Just make sure there's no clause that the management company is who you have to use to sell the property when you finally sell it. If so, strike it. |
