Has anyone found an article that provides a nice overview of the PDG testing? I asked my doctor and received a clinical study article that, while indicating favorable results, does not provide the very basic information I would like. I am particularly wondering if there are tests other than the comparative genomic hybridization ("CGH) and array CGH, and what the tests can and cannot discover.
In my experience, asking REs questions of this sort result in one of two outcomes -- the overly broad simplistic answer, PDG allows us to look at the chromosomes which helps us to pick the bests blasts to transfer, or the overly detailed one, techniques include ligation-mediated polymerase chain reaction degenerate primer, using one or several sets of primers, and rolling circle amplification. I'm looking for the Goldilocks article. |

I don't know about an article, but maybe something like these would help?
