your favorite taco recipe!

i've been using the same old one from the joy of cooking forever. wondering if there is something better out there.

am open to fish/beef/chicken/turkey/vegetarian. if its kid-friendly that's a bonus too (i.e., not too spicy).

Smitten Kitchen just had a really good one. I wouldn't bother making the onions/peppers again but the spices on the chicken were great.
