Same! Oh those mid tier firms, taking every last bit of time afforded!

Realistically, what would happen if we found out someone stupid enough from her team faked those recent documents of HR complaints to Sony?

I can’t imagine any professional that she works with would do something like this but honestly, it was so weird, could an assistant or something have helped her? Or just fans? No media outlet picked it up, it was all just influencers. clearly it was some sort of hoax. But who would’ve done it?

That would be an extremely clear cut defamation case, although maybe hard to prove damages since it didn't get much circulation. I guess he could sue the podcast for republishing/reporting on them without verifying but I doubt he will do that.

If anyone listened to that podcast, did they explain where they got those complaints? I know it was said to be "shopped around" to TMZ and other outlets who rejected it, but how did the podcasters know that?

This tiktoker i watched got the documents too and showed some of the messages. The person who sent them said they were sent to other outlets like tmz but the outlets never posted it.

Wow! Tay-tay fears discovery and a depo! Blake and Ryan’s careers are circling the drain. Time to negotiate a fat settlement and stem the bleeding. I hope it's too late. They weaponized "me too" and their Hollywood muscle against Baldoni. Destroy a man’s life for fun. Truly despicable and evil people who should never work in Hollywood again.

The same out of touch boomer who leaned on Lorne to get Ryan that skit. Their entire team is so clueless and out of touch. Old boomers vs gen Y and Z.

Anonymous wrote:I don't like Blake Lively but watching people ride this hard for some guy named Justin Baldoni who seems incredibly fake and annoying is wild.

I'm Team No One but I get why people on both sides feel as they do (I just think there's not enough evidence to take a side). But it's weird to me that people are defending Baldoni like he's Princess Diana. Who even is he? I checked out his website and tried to listen to his podcast and he's just... awful. Like I said, I also don't like Lively and I think the jury's out on which one is telling the truth, but I don't get why so many people are ride or die for this guy. He's incredibly grating.

Do you have a son? A brother? A husband? A father? Any male friends or relatives? Well, unfortunately they could falsely be accused of SH/A. No matter if the victim is ‘grating’ or annoying, Justin is innocent. Blake is the bad guy here.

I have all of the above and none of them behave the way Baldoni does. He has a lot of boundary crossing behavior IMO. I don't know if he SHed anyone, but I don't have men in my life who behave as he does, and if I did, I would talk to them about how their behavior can come across to other people, especially women. Especially if it was my son. Some of the things Baldoni admits to doing, I'd be concerned if my son was doing, especially in the workplace.

Is your son an actor or director?

My son is too young to have a profession, but it's not relevant. I've worked in creative fields, including as a performer. This attitude of "oh it's ok -- it's a different kind of workplace" is dumb. Just because you're on a movie set doesn't mean it's okay to behave this way. In fact, I think it might make it even more important that you act professionally.

You can never go wrong by respecting boundaries and being self-controlled. No matter where you work or who you work with.

Please point out where he has admitted to behavior that you consider unprofessional. Not alllegations in her complaint, but something from his.

He admits to having his producer partner show her a video of the producer's wife giving birth the day after they filmed the birth scene. That's tone deaf and unprofessional.

He admits to repeatedly promising his production partners he would say no to her requests for oversight/control, while repeatedly telling her yes to these same requests even when she says she doesn't want to step on toes and is asking explicitly for permission. He repeatedly plays both sides, complaining about Lively to his partners while being solicitous and enabling with Lively in his communications to her. They both violated professional boundaries in their communications. It was very unprofessional on both sides.

He doesn't address the allegation of telling her that he'd been speaking with her dead father. He doesn't admit to this but the fact that it's missing from his complaint altogether is concerning. That's unprofessional.

He admits to hiring a friend to play the doctor who hung out between Lively's legs in the birth scene. Even if this actor was a qualified actor, hiring a friend for that specific job, and highlighting that he's a friend in introducing him to Lively, is unprofessional.

There are others but these are the ones that jump out at me right now. It did not seem like a very professional set.

What about Lively's sister playing a role in the film? I noticed you didn't address that.
. Baldoni’s wife and kids were also in the movie. It wasn’t that he gave his friend a part, it was the choice of parts that upset her. Why not have her sister or someone she is comfortable with be up between her legs given it was just a bit part with no real acting and no lines.

You can watch the scene on YouTube. The actor was never, not once, up between her legs. I seriously wonder if some of you realize that Blake actually wasn’t pregnant and giving birth during this movie and that the director had no intention of us going anywhere near her crotch because that would make it very obvious.

Because the actor was not actually coaching Blake through birth, he merely sat near her, and she was fully clothed with black briefs and a prosthetic belly.

She interpreted it differently, but not in a rational way. We know this because she also said she was freaked out by the films financer who was present during that scene, and we later found out that he was not in fact onset during the timing of that scene, he arrived on site later that day well after that scene was finished. It just shows she was completely irrational and I’ll go so far as to say crazy. She is literally making up crazy claims.

Blake Lively isn’t crazy and she is not delusional.

She is a liar.

She is a bad, dishonest person who was mad that her wresting control of the movie did not yield positive publicity yielding great sales or any sales uptick for her drink and hair care lines. She wanted to push her ancillary businesses like so many square pegs into the promo material of a domestic violence drama. So she started workshopping a SH complaint in the fall of 2024. There is very good reason to believe her reps involved Megan Twohey in the fall of 2024 as her flacks denials and the Times careful denials read as specious parsing to me and many others. Then she filed a complaint that JB - fan that I am! Having heard of him 3 weeks ago! - has countered, and eviscerated.

She’s not nuts. She isn’t hysterical. She’s a damned liar. Call it by a proper name.

If you think she cooked this up on her own I have a bridge to sell you. Her and her husband are two evil peas in a pod.

Taylor is a girl’s girl so she must really be mad at Blake to withhold any public sign of support.

I don't think Baldoni will go so far as to sue the TikToker and podcast, but I wonder if Freedman will try to subpoena them for the emails/messages they received as part of the existing defamation case against Blake. Maybe he'd need to amend the complaint to include this instance of defamation, but isn't it a catch-22... he needs this evidence to figure out who was behind this, but can't get the evidence unless he alleges it was Blake's team?

While I agree with most of your post, Taylor Swift isn't afraid of any such thing. She 'keeps her side of the street clean' - this is Blake and Ryan's mess. TS has nothing to worry about.

If I were Baldoni, I would offer to settle but ONLY if Lively and Reynolds put out a public statement detailing exactly what they did to defame Baldoni.
