| Okay, I am apparently the last person on earth to freeze Thin Mints. It sounds great though. Here's my dumb question. When you take them out are they too hard to eat or do you eat them right after they come out of the freezer? No need to thaw? |
| No need to thaw. And eat the entire sleeve. |
| No you do not thaw them. They are not frozen hard, they are still crunchy and will break easily. |
| You have given me the crave for frozen thin mints. Agree with PP's! |
| I like them with a cold, cold glass of 2% milk. Cookies and milk is about the only time I drink milk. |
| And now I'm craving thin mints. Gah!!!! |
Keebler Grasshoper cookies are a reasonably close substitute if you don't have any thin mints on hand. They're also quite good frozen.
|
That's ridiculous. You should never stop at one sleeve. It's your duty to support the wonderful organization that is the Girl Scouts by eating the entire box. |

I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in June of last year and Girl Scout cookies are one of two things that I miss more than anything (the other is flour tortillas).
Please eat a couple of boxes of Thin Mints for me. I still have a box of Samoas and Tagalongs from LAST year in my freezer that I just can't bring myself to throw away.

+1 All of those yummy trans fats keep them from freezing into a solid wafer. |
I've seen some recipes on blogs for GF mint cookies - you are not alone in missing them. |
