Steam them for about 30 minutes and serve them hot with melted butter for dipping sauce or aoli. Don't forget the discard bowl. I use Hellman's mayo but that's not to most people's taste.
You could also steam them lightly and then stuff the hearts with crabcake, top them with a little cheese and bake them. |
