How long to decide?

If admission decisions are mailed out mid-March, what are the general deadlines for final acceptance decisions from the parents ? Thank you.

You should also keep in mind spring break calendars. If you're deciding between 2 or more schools and you have a question, most of the time you will not be able to have it answered during spring break. In many schools spring break falls after acceptances are mailed and before responses are due.

Many schools are sending notifications on or around March 6. There should be at least a week between getting the decision and spring break. Most decisions are due on or around April 1.

Has anyone observed classes after being accepted but before making their final decision (if you were undecided)? Would schools allow a parent to observe a class?

We did this, and I think many schools do permit this.
