Delusional to the end. Blake has had nothing but losses with respect to the pretrial motions thus far and has the motion for judgment on the pleadings pending. She was just revealed to have lied about asking for dailies to destroyed. The trial would have revolved around whether people just found her unlikable.

Sorry but this is a dumb take. Blake knew she would likely lose and had to cut her losses. The trial would have been the final nail in her coffin. She isn’t getting any money. What she got was a confidential withdraw of her claims

The joint statement favored Lively. Period. No denial of Wayfarer bad behavior, in fact a tacit admission of guilt re: "challenges" and the need to avoid any improprieties.

Maybe there is a literacy issue here?

The statement was so clearly pro-Blake, I suspect that's all she really wanted. Neither side wanted any more dirty laundry aired but there was zero need for Wayfarer to make that kind of supportive statement unless there was good evidence to support the retaliation claim (as the judge indicated). Neither wanted this to go to trial, but for different reasons.

Ending this goat rodeo was the best thing for both sides. Blake wanted some kind of vindication and Wayfarer just wanted it to be over. I don't agree that the statement means anything beyond appeasing Blake to end this nightmare.

She quite literally was shown to be a liar and had her career ruined. And it was only getting worse at trial here there would be abundant evidence that people find her unlikable whenever she opens her mouth in an unscripted setting.

Blake stans are so delusional and for what? You’ll never see her in a movie again and her hair company is winding down. Moving to London and confirming there will be no Deadpool four is the best decision the couple could’ve made.

I just hope the divorce chatter goes away. As much as I don’t like Blake and Ryan, I do not want to see their marriage destroyed over this.
